In the first audio sample we hear:

first from Harry Chapin
the title-track from Dance Band on the Titanic
I grew up with Harry Chapin and simply love his stuff, this is a fine album.

then from Black Sabbath
the title-track from Paranoid
c'mon Black Sabbath rock! This is a great album.

In the second audio sample we hear:

first from The Beatles
the title-track from Let It Be
if songs like 'Let It Be' and 'I've Got a Feeling' don't move you, you don't know what you're missing out on, this is a must have

then from The Grateful Dead
the track was 'The Golden Road (To Unlimited Devotion)' from their first album The Grateful Dead
a great album, that song has made me happy more times than i can count.

In the third audio sample we hear:

Abbie Hoffman
the track was 'Texas Tweezers'
from the album Wake Up America!
(this doesn't go to amazon, as i couldn't find it, however that will take you to U B U W E B, where you can listen to it on-line)

In the fourth audio sample we hear:

Gnarls Barkley
the track was 'Storm Coming' from the album St. Elsewhere
this cd has been sitting in near constant rotation on my private music space, absolutely fantastic! if you haven't heard these guys yet, make it a point to do so.

In the fifth, and final, audio sample we hear:

Harry Chapin
the track was 'I Wonder What Would Happen To This World' from The Gold Medal Collection
a great retrospective of his work.
